About Us

INJAZ-UAE is a member of Junior Achievement (JA) Worldwide, the world’s largest non-profit business education organization reaching nearly 10 million students a year.  Our purpose is to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy.

In the Middle East and North Africa, JA Worldwide is known as INJAZ al-Arab, reaching nearly 200,000 students a year through its member offices.   

We link youth with successful role models from the private sector to teach JA programs on work readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy, offered free-of-charge to students between the ages of 11 and 24. Learn more about our UAE programs.

INJAZ-UAE is led by a Board of Directors representing 9 business leaders who are passionate, engaged, and share a common ideal for Emirati youth.  They provide overall direction, funding (in-kind or monetary) and governance.

We have twenty business partners who support us by providing volunteers, and/or in kind support of specific proposed projects.
